On the international catwalks snakeskin printed fabrics, there of python, have been frequently used…

But not only, even shoes and accessories are exotic and a bit dangerous. Like these Roberto Cavalli strass and enamelled snake bracelets on the photo or the Jimmy Choo shoes in black and white coloured python. Both easy ways to gently incorporate this slightly extreme fashion in your everyday style.

If you instead want to strike everybody at the party you should try these python printed Prada dresses, both available at Giglio.com. They are top fashion , extreme but still delicate in their earth coloured tones or classic black and white. The beige coloured Versace dress in the middle is on the opposite made in jacquard printed fabric, not quite so eye-catching but still very beautiful in its simplicity.

Purple is still very trendy in fact this year it’s still top fashion. Designers this year have put together different shades of purple as lilac, violet, plum and lavender. But purple together with other strong colors is as well extremely trendy.
Yellow for instant which also is on the top this year! To continue with the strong colors which are definitely very trendy this spring and summer, all fluorescent colors are absolutely right. Like strong orange, florescent clear blue, yellow and green in different shades. On the international catwalk this S/S color was essential, solo as well as combined with other colours…
Brands in specific that this year have used expressive and strong colours are for example Moschino with its S/S collection cheap and chic, where red, light blue, clear and ocean blue are frequently used…
Cheap and chic dresses are available at Giglio.com

To continue Versace as well as Roberto Cavalli have this new collection used very much colour. Roberto Cavalli uses reddish tones from dark to almost pink and by combining it with a completely different color like mint green he manage to create a unique and very hot and summer remembering feeling.

The new fashion trend this sunny spring and summer will definitely be the kaftans!

Not only for its exotic and glamorous look but also because of its flexibility. It’s not only perfectly right on the beach as a substitute of the now old sarong and pareo, it’s totally right even in the evening combined with the right accessories, like chunky bracelets, necklaces and belts!

Kaftans this year come in many different shapes and sizes, and it’s available short as well as long or even as tunics. Kaftans this summer is definitely a must!
Since it’s available in such many sizes and shapes it gives you the possibility to be perfectly comfortable all day on the beach or to be absolutely chick at night!
For a more tribal look Roberto Cavalli has the right kaftans you search with its animal prints and semi transparent fabrics it gives you the look everybody wants!
Another beautiful creation is the one of Gucci, who chooses strong colours and delicate fabrics.

In John Galliano, News&Events, Roberto Cavalli, styles and trends on December 17, 2008 at 4:53 pm
Christmas is coming and in many cases we are still searching the perfect gift to give. Here there are some interesting and glamorous ideas.
John Galliano is famous for his creativity, every season he proposes us very sensual, romantic and passionate fashion collections. Creativeness is the keyword as regards all his collections.
These characteristics are also respected as regards jewels and more specifically the new fall winter 2008/09 collection. This collection has an interesting and elaborate design that is embellished by the number of details and precious materials like gems. Great importance in this collection has the color that gave a more glamorous touch to all this collection.
These jewels are perfect for all the enterprising and fashionable women. This collection is both elegant for the precious materials but at the same time is casual regarding the style, so is suitable for every situation.

Another wonderful jewels’ collection is the one of Roberto Cavalli. In his fall winter 2008/09 jewels collection Cavalli shows us the result of the perfect union between modernity and antiquity.
The jewels refer to ancient cultures, in particular those egyptian and roman, for the use of the material, the representation of symbolical animals like snakes and for the use of amulets.
Bright amulets, golden chains, rigid and snake shaped bracelets, colored rings, big and precious gems this are the main characteristics of these eccentric and beautiful collection.

For ages winter has been synonymous of cold, melancholy and sadness. The rigours of winter has also inevitably influenced clothes and fashion. The result were dark and serious colours that imbue our style of dress, sometimes making it impersonal and strict too.
This year things seem to be changed. Many important designers in fact, have re-introduced gaudy colours and brilliant patterns, that make winter clothes more attractive as the girls that wear them.
Missoni in his collection propose us really coloured, jersey minidresses. Geometrical patterns are the main characteristic of his collection.
Practical, comfortable but also chic this dresses are suitable for all kinds of circumstance.

Roberto Cavalli like Missoni, gives many importance in his new fall-winter collection to brilliant colours. He uses lots of fuchsia, pink, green, violet and black as background. The materials are more valuable, silk and chiffon: this are the main employed ones.

Emilio Pucci maybe is the designer that better embodies this necessity of colour and brightness, used as remedy to the dark and sad days of winter. His creations are fresh and witty too, coloured as a Pop picture, bear the good humour also during the most raining days of the year. The eccentricity is their strength.
The turtleneck make this dress both smart and casual-chic, perfect to be worn in all circumstances: at morning with a leather jacket, or as cocktail dress too. This item of clothing for his versatility is really indispensable.

Miuccia Prada’s turn at the Milan Fashion Week for her new 2009 spring summer collection. Experimental collection for Prada, with a combination of minimalist tones and a new sensuality. Prada collection is looking for new expressions. New materials and fabrics provide the prime essence of new creations, and unusual combinations arose too, either snake skin with coulisse or new chromatic effects.

Roberto Cavalli, in fact, sacrifices his animalier print and wild style, which brought him lots of fortune indeed, for a new romanticism. Lovely faience print dresses on stage, nice mini skirts, printed maxi dresses, and colours, lots of colours.

Obvious presence at the Milan fashion week, Roberto Cavalli and Frankie Morello for a delirium of colours on next summer fashion. Light and colours are the most evident trend of both artists.
The Just Cavalli woman explodes on a sandy catwalk, faithful to the distinctive savage soul she’s always been keen on. The Just Cavalli 2009 spring summer collection presents softer tones, less animal print dresses and trousers. In fact, this collection focuses on a 20ees style with light little dresses, lace and patchwork printed fabrics with pastel colours.

As for Frankie Morello, colour is the first thing of his collection too. He plays with richness and chromatic variety for a perfect game. White and safari beige appear on their own and in lively combinations too, with strong colours such as purple and dark yellow. Splendid mini dresses and skirts, long or stretch, incredibly short trousers with Saharan style jackets, this and so much more for a sparkling collection whose creations are the mirror of Frankie Morello style.

Leopard, tiger, zebra…No matter which favourite is yours, let’s bare in mind this is going to be next fall winter “must”. Either on t-shirts or dresses, fashion is getting wild!
Take a quick look on this shot and you’ll realize how the brand new trend has already captured stars attention and the animal print fashion is going to spread as fast as an oil spot.

Designer Roberto Cavalli has always been careful catching the wave of fashion, and also this time he couldn’t miss the train. Next fall winter Roberto Cavalli collection and just Cavalli collection are a surrogate of incredible and unique patterns inspired to wild, animal print fantasy.
Roberto Cavalli inspiration directly comes from the jungle, he picked two of the most representative icons of wildness and he let his fantasy working on them to craft splendid and unique dresses, shirts and vests. Leopard animal print pattern and tiger are, indeed, the main two elements Roberto Cavalli borrowed from nature to create his masterpieces.
cashemere dress

sleeveless chiffon dress

jersey loose jacket dress

satin dress

A white background is ideal to emphasize the strong impact of the animal print fantasy, and the image of the tiger, symbol of power and elegance, is enriched with warm red tonalities.
Animal print vests

It is not by chance that Roberto Cavalli put together these two elements: red colour, symbol of passion and freedom for us human, and the tiger, icon of pure anarchy. For once, maybe, through the rebel wit of talented genius Roberto Cavalli, human and animal peacefully coexist.

An amazing Roberto Cavalli dress is what actress Charlize Theron wore at the 2008 Seattle Film Festival’s opening night. The dress is a black floral print long sleeved mini dress with a drop waist and bow detailed cuffs. The v neck Cavalli dress comes along with detachable serpent belt.
Being the dress so much full in colours, you can keep the accessories simple, just a touch to personalize it as much as you want either with high heels pumps or a pair of boots to make it less formal.

Christian Dior, D&G DOLCE&GABBANA and Roberto Cavalli have in common the taste for the zebra – print fantasies, as we are proud to show you today.
Bags and fantastic gowns proposed by these talented designers are showing off all their incredible attention for the details.
What I picked today is a superb Dior’ s sleeveless zebra – print silk dress that looks fantastic on its own or together with the lovely Dior’ s zebra – print large babe bag, or, if you are more demanding, you can also take a look at the fantastic Dior’ s Jazz clutch bag.
D&G DOLCE&GABBANA as well presents its jolly: how not to fall in love with this large shopping bag?
And Roberto Cavalli too, close to above mentioned zebra – print style, is not to be missed with a marvellous sleeveless gathered dress … A standing ovation to Roberto Cavalli, D&G DOLCE&GABBANA, and Christian Dior for their suggestions that can make the difference!!!

Well, the Cannes Film Festival is at its end, but the beautiful images of the stunning dresses, worn by the most glamorous celebrities, will stick in our minds and on the internet, forever. I would say that the 61st edition of the Cannes Film Festival was a great success, not only in reference to the new films, but also with the trends that were set by these great celebs and the designers who dressed them.
First we take a look at the red carpet for the premier of the new Woody Alen film, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, staring Rebecca Hall, Penelope Cruz and Scarlett Johansson. Rebecca Hall, one of the leading actresses arrived on the red carpet, in a beautiful grey, one shoulder gown in chiffon by Alberta Ferretti. For the press conference she chose a lovely pale pink cocktail dress, again by Alberta Ferretti.

Aishwarva Rai appeared on the red carpet with her husband in a gorgeous bright pink satin dress by Roberto Cavalli.

The beautiful Elsa Zilberstein, who never goes wrong in her choices of what to wear on the red carpet, floated along in a total white look by Dior, absolutely fabulous.

In the occasion for the premier of Gomorra, the new film by Reberto Saviano, Rula Jebreal wore a white chiffon dress from the 2008 spring summer collection of Alberta Ferretti. She really looked like a Grecian goddess with the white dress on her flawless bronzed skin.

The second premier took off with the new Dreamworks animation film, Kung Fu Panda, staring the voices of American actors like Dustin Hoffman, Jack Black and a very pregnant Angelina Jolie. Once again most of the attention went to what the celebrities were wearing of corse.
Lucy Lui made her appearance like a vision in a stunning pale pinkish-white coloured dress by Roberto Cavalli, enhanced with little flower embroidery and a low v-cut chest. The tiny actress stood out from the crowd in this number. In the pictures below we can see her with Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman and Jack Black.

As always, Eva Longoria looked stunning and showed us all why she is one of the best red carpet stars. This time she chose to wear a dress suited for a princess by Versace from his 2008 spring summer collection. This ivory coloured fairy-tale dress is made with one shoulder and has silver beeded accents ending in a big fish-tale of tulle. A definite yes for the red carpet.

Natalie Imbruglia was also present at the premier looking calm and gorgeous in a beautiful maroon coloured dress by Alberta Ferretti.

This Indian Beauty has really taken our breath away over the corse of the Cannes Festival in her choices of dresses for the red carpet. This time Aishwarya Rai chose a luxurious beaded creation by Giorgio Armani.

For the premier of the new Film Blindness, that took place on the 14 May 2008, the red carpet was painted with beauty and luxury from the dress worn by some of the most famous actresses.
First we take a look at the stunning terquoise dress, shown off by the lovely Eva Longoria, from the 2008 Spring Summer collection by Versace, while model Bar Rafaeli wore a custom made dress by Alberta Ferretti and Chopard. The lavender creation was decorated with over 2000 carats worth of Chopard jems.

Other sparkling looks included Cate Blanchett who chose a dress from the Giorgio Armani Prive collection. The dress is made like a organza in pale pink silk, the fabric is created to overlap and therefore has a petal-like effect, the material is gathered on the one shoulder to created a organza bouquet.

We all love to see and hear what the celebrities and top designers get up to when they are working and in the time when they are just relaxing and having fun. And do they know how to draw attention!!! Now celebs are combined with fashion, beauty and even more fame as these celebrities are now strutting their stuff and creating magic behind the cameras of some of the worlds most well-known photographers to be “the face” of the biggest fashion brands worldwide. These adverts are not only refreshing and sexy but they also bring new meaning to the word “glamour”.
We have some previews of the celebrities that will be filling the pages of our top magazines as “the new faces” for these top designers. These photos are really surprising and inspiring, these are some of the photo that really cought our attention, and they are “the faces” for Roberto Cavalli, Iceberg and Versace.
For the face of Roberto Cavalli there is the ever so beautiful Kate Moss that keeps us on the edges of our seats. She started with the Winter collection of 2007/2008 and now they don’ want to let her go, and we can all see why. In these pictures she and other top models represent the Spring/Summer collection of 2008 by Roberto Cavalli.
Then there is the beautifyl actris from the O.C, Mischa Barton staring as “the face” for Iceberg for the second season in a row. In theses pictures for the spring/summer collection by Iceberg she portrays the clothes to their full potential, and gives her the “girl next door” look, which are like most of the trends this summer.

And now for “the face” or should I say faces of Versace for the summer of 2008… Gisele Bundchen and Patrick Dempsey. The summer collection for 2008 by Versace is really extravagant and colourful which is desplayed with excellance on the bronzed skin of this Brazilian beauty. And as for this handsom actor Patrick, well the pictures speak for themselves. This combination will really make the summer of 2008 the most glamorous summer of all.
